i believe that a lot of what you say is very valid deTavio. we make so many choices based off of what we 'believe we want', however 'who we believe we are' isn't always a resemblance of what we believe we deserve. like a mirror distorted and filtered by noise and misconceptions, to the extent well...the truth is a tad off.

i think 2 things can help us.

one: SELF ACTUALIZATION. take a sheet of paper and write down the things that we mostly admire about who we are. this can be organized by keywords or as our digital age likes to call "hash tags".
for example: 'beauty, creativity, clarity, patience, community' are words we can reflect upon times when we've exhibited these significances and can aid in the next step. if you can connect these significances, all the better. the more the better and if some mean more than others, pick five and try this.

two: VISUALIZE AND DOCUMENT. the process of reflecting these significances give rise to an emotion which is the 'stuff' that sets creates and shapes the world around us: ENERGY! as we feel inclined, these emotions can begin to take form through design by relating these experiences to ARTIFACTS like photographs, memoirs, letters, emails or just journal entries made before or while the feelings right.

without even knowing we have begun the blueprint to design the experiences that we feel closely connected to, which are rooted in meaning that have somehow attributed to who we believe we are and believe what we deserve. we now have a solid foundation to affirm through word, song, dance or any medium the experiences that are going to propel us to the life we feel the most deserving, innate and REAL!

thanks for the thoughts osandi. i feel you and think that the process that you laid out can lead to great self-discovery and creation. i also like your desire to bring "meaning" to life - that concepts resonates well with me. i actually think our ideas work well together. what you have flushed out is a great way to discover a "desired better" that is meaningful and what i describe is that once that has been defined and you are now clear on what you "deserve" then one should choose the extraordinary actions that will help them achieve it.
