Johnson & Johnson
My first job out of Stanford Graduate School of Business was at Ethicon: a Johnson & Johnson company. I got a tremendous amount of diverse experience while with the good folks of New Brunswick, NJ. Some of my favorite projects included: leading global strategic planning for a $600MM+ division; leading strategy development & execution for my division’s largest brand; and traveling the globe facilitating one-of-a-kind training experiences in countries like Colombia, Brazil, Spain, and Belgium.
what it taught me?
At Ethicon, I learned how to be a high performing individual contributor in a competitive work space. I carried major projects that had a major impact on our business and I was held accountable for delivering results.
